Forms marked with an asterisk (*) can be completed online, and then either printed off and dropped into the Council Office or saved to your computer and emailed to us at info@coppercoast.sa.gov.au .
You will need to save the form to your computer first before you can complete it.
Any site plan or additional information that is required to complete a form, can be done on a seperate page and attached to the original form.
