BY-LAWS 2024
In accordance with Section 249(7) of the Local Government Act 1999, the Copper Coast Council gives notice of the making of the following By-laws at its meeting on 7th February 2024:
- Permits and Penalties By-law No. 1
- Local Government Land By-law No. 2
- Roads By-law No. 3
- Moveable Signs By-law No. 4
- Dogs By-law No. 5
- Cats By-law No. 6
- Waste Management By-law No. 7
and will come into effect from 22nd June 2024, pursuant to Section 249(5) of the Local Government Act 1999.
The By-laws are available at Council’s office, 51 Taylor Street, Kadina, during ordinary office hours or can be accessed online at www.coppercoast.sa.gov.au
