Copper Coast Aerodrome
The Copper Triangle Aerodrome is located between the towns of Kadina, Wallaroo and Moonta and serves a land area of 773 Kms2. The Copper Coast Aerodrome is not licensed.
The aerodrome was opened on the 18th April 1983.

The airstrip is available to facilitate the emergency landing of RFDS, or similar emergency services aircraft for evacuation of persons requiring emergency medical care.
Landing area is suitable for night operations
Outside of sealed area may be boggy in winter or after heavy rain.
Road access into the airstrip includes a small portion of gravel road.
No fuel available at airport.

No continuous circuits
Single aircraft departures and arrivals permitted
Continuous engine test runs permitted during normal operating hours
Noise sensitive areas
Noise sensitive areas exist around the airfield with Wallaroo to the West and Kadina to the East
A landing donation for airfield upkeep box on wall of waiting area - $10 per visit
Aircraft parking - $10 per week or part thereof
Public toilets including disabled access
Waiting room with tea and coffee making facilities
At the entrance to the aerodrome there are plaques commemorating Air Marshall Sir Richard Williams, KBE, CB, DSO, Father of the Royal Australian Air Force.
There is a general aviation all weather parking area with cable tie downs on the eastern and western side.
Sealed parking area is available at the entrance adjacent to the public toilets
