Small business owners/operators are encouraged to attend a FREE Small Business Workshop in Kadina facilitated by Regional Development Australia Yorke and Mid North.
The Workshop will cover:
- Artificial intelligence, what it is, how it works and how it could help you in your business.
- Tips on how to manage your cashflow better and how to make smart decisions around what you spend and save.
- Gain a better understanding of your HR obligations as an employer and how to manage flexible working arrangements, remote working policies and managing performance and expectations.

Copper Coast Council - Business Engagement Session - Strategic Management Plan 2024-2034
Following the Workshop, the Copper Coast Council will be facilitating a one-hour business engagement session to validate the findings of the recent Copper Coast Community Survey. These findings will shape the priorities for business in the Strategic Management Plan - the area's key planning document for the future.
