The District Council of the Copper Coast is offering the opportunity to obtain a licence to occupy a site at the Wallaroo North Beach Tourist Park for a period of 5 years, with the option of a further 5 years. The draft licence is available for interested parties to view.
It will be the responsibility of the licensee to purchase a cabin from Country Living Homes who have been selected as Councils supply through a tender process. The purchase of the cabins can be arranged by contacting Country Living Homes on 1300 805 505. Any fees, planning and building approvals will be the purchaser's responsibility. A 1,000 litre rain water tank will be mandatory. Other conditions are detailed in Councils Site Use and Development Policy.
The new cabin sites start from a lease fee of $4,500 per annum for the 2012/2013 financial year. A proposed site plan is available showing the proposed extension for cabins/units into the future. The first sites that are available are sites 207 - 210, 214 -225 and 259 -264
Enjoy the ownership of your holiday cabin to a maximum 150 days personal use per year. Why not share your cabin with another family who can also use 150 nights per year. Alternatively, book your holidays in advance, then rent the excess time through our professional on-site management to holiday makers at Tourist Park rates.
Council may from time to time have cabins available for sale so please ask.
