Baptcare is a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) partner in the community (PITC). We provide support to individuals with disability, families, and the greater community. Local Area Coordinators also network within your community enabling the co-creation of more inclusive and accessible communities.
What we do:
Work with people with disability and their families to understand the services and supports available to them in their community.
Introduce and connect people with disability to community and mainstream supports and services.
No appointment required.
There is no cost associated with these services.
