LOCAL NUISANCE AND LITTER CONTROL ACT 2016 - EXEMPTION-GRANTED
Council have granted an exemption from Section 18 of the Local Nuisance and Litter Control Act 2016 to Woolworths Kadina for overnight civil works in the existing carpark from Friday 1st of April 2022 – Thursday 7th April 2022.
