Flinders Port Holdings Advise Wallaroo Jetty Water Pipe Upgrades

Flinders Port Holdings have advised that contractor Maritime Constructions will be undertaking works to upgrade the water pipe at Wallaroo Jetty on Saturday 31 October 2026.
The water supply to the jetty will be interrupted from 7:00am to 5:00pm while a new section of pipe is installed between bents 23 and 26. Supply may be reinstated earlier if works are completed ahead of schedule.
Please note that the work zone shown will be closed to all jetty users for the duration of the works. However, pedestrians and traffic may pass along the southern side of the zone, where the jetty will be reduced to one lane. Drivers are asked to travel slowly and watch out for pedestrians.
A no-fishing and loitering exclusion zone will be established opposite the work zone to maintain clear access. Diving and boating are also not permitted near the works due to the risk of falling objects.
