Exclusion from Classification of Community Land

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 193 (6)(a) that the Copper Coast Council at its ordinary meeting held on 6 November 2024 resolved to exclude, prior to the acquisition by Council, the following individual property comprised within Deposited Plan 67701, from the classification of Community land, pursuant to Section 193 (4) of the Local Government Act 1999:

*       Proposed Allotment 1, 18 Olive Parade, New Town, Certificate of Title Volume 5968 Folio 760.

A notice will also be published in the SA Government Gazette on Thursday, 20^th March 2025.
