Businesses prepare for FOGO

BUSINESSES PREPARE FOR FOGO

Starting next Monday (1 February 2021), Businesses will be the first to transition to the new three-bin Food Organics Waste Organics (FOGO) Kerbside Collection Service on the Copper Coast.

A 240L bin of the following waste stream will be collected weekly for each business:

🔴 General Waste (red) Mondays
🟡 Recycling (yellow) Wednesdays
🟢 New FOGO/Organics (lime-green) Fridays.

The organics bin will take your food and natural wastes, and turn it into compost, saving plenty of room in your red bin and landfill, helping the environment.

Residents will move to a residential FOGO system from 1st July 2021.
