Bay Road Closure from 31 January 2022

BAY ROAD CLOSURE FROM 31 JANUARY 2022

Stormwater works are to continue on Bay Road at the Milne Terrace/Bay Road intersection from the 31 January 2022, with this area to be closed to traffic during this time.

The Traffic Management Plan has been provided below to outline the detours that will be in place during these works.

This adds to the current closure between Coast Road to Hughes Avenue as contractors are still in the process of kerbing preparation and laying.

The upgrade is still on track for the second contractor to commence mobilising and reconstructing Bay Road, starting from the foreshore at the end of February.
