Council Member Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest Register

Under Section 74(5) and Section 75A(4) of the Local Government Act 1999, an Elected Member of Council must disclose if they have a material, actual or perceived conflict of interest in any matter being discussed at a Council or Committee meeting, this is recorded in the Minutes of the meeting.
