Copper Country Keepsakes takes bookings for the exhibition space in the Ascot.
As caretakers of The Ascot we are in a position to offer extra service to individuals and groups who hold exhibitions in the Community Arts Space of The Ascot.
Copper Country Keepsakes can supervise access to exhibitions and handle sales on a commission basis. In addition, Copper Country Keepsakes members are covered by Product Liability insurance cover.
However, these services will be provided to members only, but we will accept exhibitors as associated members only, on payment of an associate membership fee of $10 for individuals and $30 for groups. This fee will cover all exhibitions held by the associate members within 12 calendar months of payment, and must be paid before an exhibition is opened to the public. In the case of joint exhibitions by two or more people, each person must become an associate member. Associate membership will incur no voting or shop rights.
Commission will be charged at the following rates:
Full members, charity and non-profit groups, and District Council sub-Committees 10%.
Associate members, individuals and groups 15%.
If you wish to use the service of Copper Country Keepsakes to man your exhibition and sales, please fill in a membership and GST form along with the exhibition booking form and return to Copper Country Keepsakes as soon as possible with the appropriate membership fees.
Your associate membership fee will cover you or your group for the exhibitions held within a twelve month period.
