PUBLIC CONSULTATION - DRAFT DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT APPLICATION FEE WAIVER AND REFUND POLICY AND DRAFT ON-SITE WASTEWATER SYSTEM APPLICATION FEE POLICY
Council is seeking Public Comment on our draft Development Assessment Application Fee Waiver and Refund Policy and draft On-site Wastewater System Application Fee Policy
Following the Planning and Design Code under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 (PDI Act) coming into effect this year, our existing Refunding and Waiving of Development and Waste Control System Application Fees Policy has become outdated and impractical to have two applications under the one policy
Therefore, Council has separated the existing policy into two new policies, improving effectiveness and functionality under the new Planning and Design Code
- draft Development Assessment Application Fee Waiver and Refund Policy
- draft On-site Wastewater System Application Fee Policy
