PUBLIC CONSULTATION - 42 YEAR LEASE KADINA CHILD CARE CENTRE INC.
Consultation is being undertaken on a proposal to consider the issue of a Lease on land described as Section 746, Hundred of Kadina, Doswell Terrace, as a Child Care Centre. The proposal involves consideration of a Lease for 42 years to the Kadina Child Care Centre Inc.
The proposal will also amend the Management Plan for the land for Child Care purposes.
The proposal involves a 116 place Child Care Centre located on the land with the necessary car parking and area that meets all of the requirements for such a Centre.
