Proposal for Consideration of Revocation of Classification of Land as Community Land (Allotment 101 George Street, Kadina)
Notice is hereby given that the Copper Coast Council pursuant to Section 194 of the Local Government Act 1999, seeks comment from the community for the possible revocation of Allotment 101 George Street, Kadina.
A public consultation process is being undertaken pursuant to Council’s Public Consultation Policy from Tuesday, 7th February, 2023 to Monday, 13th March, 2023.
To assist with the consultation process on the proposal received, a report on the land to be considered to be revoked and the reasons are available at the Council Office, during normal office hours, or online here
