PUBLIC CONSULTATION - PROPOSAL FOR CONSIDERATION OF REVOCATION OF CLASSIFICATION OF LAND AS COMMUNITY LAND
Notice is hereby given that the Copper Coast Council, pursuant to Section 194 of the Local Government Act 1999, seeks comment from the community on the proposal from the Copper Coast Lifestyle Village for the development of land requiring the revocation of Section 2246, 23-39 Hills Road, North Moonta from the classification as community land.
A public consultation process is being undertaken pursuant to Council’s Public Consultation Policy from 12th October 2021 to 22nd November 2021.
To assist with the consultation process on the proposal received, a report on the land to be considered to be revoked and the reasons are available at the Kadina Council Office, Moonta Visitor Information Centre or online here.
