Proposal for Consideration of Revocation of Classification of Land as Community Land
Notice is hereby given that the Copper Coast Council seeks comment from the community for the possible revocation of Section 2215 Owen Terrace, Wallaroo, Crown record Volume 5756 Folio 454.
Consultation process
A public consultation process is being undertaken to the Council's Public Consultation Policy from Tuesday, 25th March to Thursday 17th April 2025.
PUBLIC CONSULTATION – SECTION 2215 OWEN TERRACE, WALLAROO Public consultation re Section 2215, Hundred of Wallaroo in the area named Wallaroo (Owen Terrace, Wallaroo) Interest in purchasing the Land located on Owen Terrace, Wallaroo has been received by both the Council and the Department for Environment and Water (DEW). The Land is owned by the Crown and held under the care and control of the Copper Coast Council for community purposes. A copy of the Title is attached to this report (Attachment 1). Section 2215 is Community Land. The location of Section 2215 along Owen Terrace is shown in Figure 1 below
