The Ascot Building is opened by volunteer staff of the Copper Country Keepsakes, who have a wonderful collection of quality art and craft for sale.
The Ascot Community Art Exhibition Gallery is a temporary exhibition space, provided by the District Council of The Copper Coast as a venue to host artisans work of any media or subject including collectors, hobbyists, workshops, and table game enthusiasts (some conditions do apply). A Gallery Space request form is available by phoning 88212404.
Bookings are essential; Exhibitions can be booked for up to a month at a time. The exhibition program is managed by a small group of volunteers in the form of a diary prepared for the forthcoming year, so bookings need to be made as early as possible if a particular time is required. However vacancies may occur unexpectedly so please enquire by calling 88212404 and leaving your details for the Exhibition Co-Ordinator to return your call.
The gallery space is also used for exciting and ever varied touring exhibitions from Country Arts SA.

The collection includes prize winners, judge's selections and donations from works entered in the art prize during the festival.
